Spicy Scandal Chicken Curry


1.Chicken 2 lbs
2.Oil 2 tbsp
3.Cinnamon stick 2 pcs
4.Black cardamom 1
5.Cloves 5
6.Green cardamom 2
7.Bay leaf 2
8.Pepper corns 1/4 tbsp
9.Onions medium 3
10.Crushed tomatoes
11.Garlic 1 tbsp
12.Ginger 1 tbsp
13.Salt to taste
14.Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
15.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
16.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
17.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
18.Coriander powder 1.5 tbsp
19.Green chilli to taste
20.Coriander leaves for garnish


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cloves,pepper corns,bay leaves and green cardamoms.Fry for about 30 seconds.
3.Add onions and pinch of salt to cook fast,cook for 3-5 minutes till golden and translucent.
4.Add crushed tomatoes and mix well.cook till oil separates from the mixture.
5.Now off the stove and rest the mixture to cool.Blend thie masala into a paste.
6.In the same pan add 1 tbsp oil,heat it.Add cinnamon stick and black cardamom,turmeric powder and mix well.
7.Mix and add in the Masala Paste.
8.Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander powder and Cumin Powder.
9.Add a little bit of water and mix well with masala paste.
10.Once it is well mixed, add in the Chicken and give it a good stir,After the chicken has turned white, add in the desired amout of water.
11.Add salt and mix well,cover and cook till done.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
