Fish Cutlets

Fish Cutlets


1.Talapia fish 2 fillets
2.Onion 1 finely chopped
3.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
4.Green chillies to taste
5.Coriander leaves 5 sprigs
6.Egg whites 2
7.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
11.Bread crumbs 3/4 cup
12.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Wash and drain fish pieces well.
2.Heat non-stick skillet on medium heat.
3.Cook fillets without oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
4.Take a fork and mash it roughly,add onions,ginger garlic paste,coriander leaves,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,lemon juice and mix well.
5.Add in egg white and give it a stir.
6.Add in Bread Crumbs until you can form a nice patty with the mixture.
7.Heat a non-stick skillet and pan fry the patties using a little Oil on both sides until golden brown.Serve hot.
