Reshmi Kebab


1.Chicken 1/2 kg boneless,skinless
2.Whipping cream 1/2 cup
3.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
4.Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
5.Green chillies to taste
6.Salt to taste


1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients except chicken.
2. Add Chicken and mix well.
3. Cover and keep in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 4-6 hours
4.Soak wooden skewers in water for 1-2 hours.
5.Pierce the chicken onto the skewers and place on a baking sheet lined foil and spray coated with oil.
6.Cook for 10 minutes on high,keep turning the chicken in between and cook for 5-7 minutes.Cook till golden brown.Serve hot.
