Vegetarian Frankie


1.Maida 1 cup
2.Salt to taste
3.Oil 1 tbsp
4.Potato boiled peeled and mashed
5.Paneer crumbled 100 gms
6.Potatoes 2 boiled and mashed
7.Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
9.Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
10.Green chillies to taste
11.Onion chopped
12.Coriander leaves finely chopped
13.Lemon juice for taste


1.Take a bowl add maida,salt,oil 1 tbsp and mix well.
2.Add boiled and grated potato and mix well evenly in flour.
3.Add little amount of water if need,prepare a smooth dough.
4.Drizzle some oil on top and knead it,rest the dough for 15 minutes.
5.Take a large deep bowl add panner crumbled,potato boiled and mashed and mix well.
6.Add salt,coriander powder,garam masala powder,dry mango powder,red chilli powder and give it a mix.
7.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan,add green chillies,paneer mixture and give it stir.
8.Saute for few minutes,off the stove and add onion sliced,coriander chopped and give it a good mix.
9.Squeeze half lemon and mix well,Now divide the dough into equal portions and prepare chapathi.
10.Heat a non stick tawa and cook the chapathi on both sides evenly.
11.Take a chapathi and spread 1 tbsp green chutney half of it,prepare paneer roll and place on chapathi,gently roll it and place a tooth pik.Serve immedately.
