1.Lady fingers
2.Oil 1 tbsp
3.Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
4.Asafoetida 1/8 tbsp
5.Chat masala powder 1 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder to taste
8.Curd 2 cups
9.Coriander leaves
10.Green chillies to taste


1.Wash and clean lady fingers and cut the end part.
2.Grind in a food processor for few seconds till it chops finely.
3.Take a pan pour some oil and heat,add mustard seeds and allow them to sizzle.
4.Add asafoetida and chopped lady fingers.
5.Add chat masala powder.red chilli powder and salt.Mix well.
6.Reduce the flame and cook lady fingers till crunchy and turn brown,keep stirring evenly.
7.After done transfer the mixture into a bowl,rest the mixture to cool.
8.In another bowl add curd,coriander leaves,green chillies,salt and mix well.
9.At time of serving, sprinkle or mix in the Okra.
