Multigrain Chapati Recipe

Ingredients: (Take equal portions by weight of the following)

1.Wheat flour
2.Raagi flour
3.Bajra flour
4.Jowar flour
5.Singhoda Flour (Water Chestnut Flour)
6.Multi grain flour 2 cups
7.Salt to taste


1.Mix the flour with little salt and some water,prepare a smooth dough.
2.Knead the dough for 3-4 minutes and drizzle few drops of oil.
3.Cover the dough and allow it rest for 10-15 minutes.
4.Now divide the dough into small equal portions and roll chapatis by dusting some flour.
5.Meanwhile heat a tawa on medium heat.
6.Place the chapati on tawa and cook evenly on both sides.After done apply some butter on hot chapati.Serve hot.
