Paneer Mushroom Masala


1.Tomato puree 4no.
2.Mushrooms 1 cup
3.Paneer cubed 1 cup
4.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
5.Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
6.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
7.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
8.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
9.Oil 2 tbsp
10.Salt to taste
11.Coriander leaves
12.Whipping cream
13.Butter 1 stick
14.Kasoori methi 1 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
3.Add 1 cup tomato puree and mix well.Cook for 5 minutes and keep stirring in between.
4.Add cumin powder,coriander powder and mix well.
5.Cover and cook for another 5 minutes,Remove the lid and add red chilli powder give oit a mix.
6.Add butter,cover and cook for 5 minutes.
7.Add garam masala powder,water 3/4 cup and mix well.Bring it to boil 3-4 minutes.
8.Add in kasoori methi and give it a good stir.Now add mushrooms,paneer,green peas and mix well.
9.Cover and cook for another 5 minutes,remove the lid and add whipping cream.Give it a fine stir.Serve hot with naan and rotis.
