Mint Chutney (Pudina Chutney)


1.Coriander leaves 1 bunch
2.Mint leaves 1/2 cup
3.Ginger 1 inch piece
4.Green chillies 2
5.Tamarind 2 tbsp
6.Salt to taste


a blender add in coriander leaves,mint leaves,roasted cumin powder,chat
masala powder,green chillies,ginger,salt,tamarind pulp and blend it.
2.If need we can add some water and blend into a smooth paste.Serve and shelf period is 7-8 days.
