1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
3.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
4.Coriander leaves chopped
5.Carom seeds 1/2 tbsp
6.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
7.Eggs 4
8.Oil 2 tbsp
9.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
10.Green chillies 3 finely chopped
11.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
12.Lemon juice 1tbsp


1.Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt,carom seeds,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,coriander leaves and mix well.
2.Mix well with water and prepare a soft dough like chapati dough.
3.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
4.Add onion chopped and saute till translucent.
5.Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes off.
6.Add chopped green chillies,coriander powder and mix well.Cook for 2 minutes.
7.Break eggs in onion mixture and mix well.Add salt,coriander leaves and lemon juice.
8.Grease your hand with some oil and knead the dough for 1 minute to be smooth.
9.Make small round balls and roll them into small puris.
10.Fill the puri with egg stuffing and roll into a paratha by dusting some flour.
11.Heat a tawa and roast the paratha till light goledn color,by graesing butter or ghee.Cook on both side till done.Serve hot.
