Aloo Bread Pakoda


1.Besan flour 1 cup
2.Rice flour 1/4 cup
3.Red chilli powder 1 1/42 tbsp
4.Baking soda 1/4 tbsp
5.Carom seeds 1 tbsp
6.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
7.Salt to taste
8.Potato 1 boiled
9.Green chillies 3 finely chopped
10.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
11.Oil 2 tbsp
12.Chat masala powder 1/2 tbsp


1.Boil and peel the potato into small cubes.
2.Heat oil in a pan,add in mustard seeds,cumin seeds,pinch of hing,ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds.
3.Add chopped green chillies,turmeric powder and saute for another 10 seconds.
4.Add boiled potato,add in salt and chat masala powder,mix well.
5.Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
6.Take a bowl add in besan flour,rice flour,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,carom seeds,salt,mix all dry spices.
7.Add little amount of water and prepare a smooth batter.
8.Now cut the bread slice into desired shape,spread potato filling on each bread slice evenly.
9.Dip potato filled bread slice in batter and deep fry till it attains nice golden brown color.Serve hot.
