Stir Fried Tofu

Stir Fried Tofu


1.Tofu (Soya paneer)
2.Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
3.Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
4.Soya sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
5.Pepper powder 1/4 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Vinegar 1 tbsp
8.Oil 2 tbsp
9.Green capsicum 1/4 cup
10.Onions cut into cubes 1/4 cup
11.Tomatoes cut into cubes 1/4 cup


1.Take a plate line it with paper napkin and place tofu paneer and cover with another paper napkin,place any weight on it and leave it for 20 minutes.After 20 minutes cut tofu into small cubes.
2.Take a bowl add in tomato sauce,chilli garlic sauce,black pepper,soya sauce,salt to taste,vinegar and mix well.
3.Now add chopped veggies,tofu cubes and marinate for 30 minutes.
4.Arrange tofu and veggies on skewers alternatively.
5.Meanwhile heat a skillet drizzled with some oil,place the skewers on skillet and fry on both sides,keep turning in between till done.Serve hot with chilli sauce or noodles.
