Paneer Korma

Paneer Korma


1.Paneer 1 cup
2.Oil 4 tbsp
3.Onion 1 big grated
4.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
5.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
6.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
7.Tomatoes 2 pureed
8.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
9.Red and Green Capsicum 1/4 cup
10.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
11.Cream 1/4 cup
12.Sugar 1 tbsp
13.Green peas 1/4 cup
14.Dried methi leaves


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add in onion chopped and saute till light golden color.
3.Add ginger garlic paste and mix well,fry till raw smell goes off.
4.Add coriander powder,cumin powder and mix well for 2 minutes.
5.Add tomato puree,red chilli powder,mix well and cook till oil separates from the mixture.
6.Add water as we needed for gravy,adjust salt.
7.Add capsicum and saute,cover and cook for 5 minutes.
8.Add paneer,green peas and give it a mix.Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
9.Add garam masala powder,sugar,cream and mix well evenly.Serve hot with chapati or naan.
