Palak Paratha with Tofu

Palak Paratha with Tofu


1.Wheat flour 1 1/2 cup
2.Spinach 1 cup finely chopped
3.Tofu 1 cup crumbled
4.Green chillies 1/2 finely chopped
5.Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
6.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
7.Kasoori methi  1 tbsp
8.Curd 1/4 cup
9.Grated ginger 1 tbsp
10.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp


1.Wash and chop spinach finely.Drain excess water from tofu and crumble it.
2.Take spinach chopped in a bowl,add in wheat flour,crumbled tofu,green chillies,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds,kasoori methi,salt to taste.Mix well all the dry ingredients.
3.Add curd,mix well and add some water,knead into a stiff dough.
4.Rest the dough aside for 30 minutes.
5.Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into parathas.
6.Meanwhile roast the skillet and place the paratha on it.Cook on both sides evenly till nice golden spots appear on paratha.Drizzle some ghee and serve hot.
