Garlic Naan

Garlic Naan


1.Maida 2 cups
2.Baking soda 1 tbsp
3.Baking powder 1 tbsp
4.Salt 1 tbsp
5.Curd 1/4 cup
6.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
7.Grated garlic 3 tbsp
8.Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup


1.Sieve maida,baking powder,baking soda in a deep bowl.To that add salt,curd and mix well together.
2.Mix well with water and prepare a smooth and little sticky dough.
3.Add lemon juice and knead well.Cover and rest the dough for about 4-6 hours.
4.Now divide the dough into equal portions and dust the rolling board with some dry flour.
5.We can use rolling pin to roll the naan on all other sides by stretching.Top up with some garlic,coriander leaves and press light;y so that garlic stick to naan.
6.We can cook on either skillet or oven on high temperature.Orelse we can roast on direct flame.By turning on both sides till the brown spots appear on naan.Grease some butter and serve hot.
