Jawar Roti


1.Jowar flour 1 cup
2.Rice flour 2 tbsp
3.Salt to taste
4.Hot water 1/4 cup


1.Take a deep bowl add in jowar flour,rice flour and salt,mix well.
2.Add in hot water and mix well,prepare a dough and knead well for 5 minutes.
3.Now divide the dough into small portions and roll them on rolling board like rotis.
4.Place the jawar roti on frying pan or skillet and sprinkle some water on top and spread evenly.And roast till the water evaporates on top.
5.Cook on both sides evenly for 2 minutes and remove skillet and place roti directly on flame.Serve hot.
