Capsicum Sabzi with Besan

Capsicum Sabzi with Besan


1.Capsicum 2
2.Besan flour 1 cup
3.Oil 1 1/2 tbsp
4.Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
5.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
6.Curry leaves
7.Pinch of hing
8.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
9.Green chillies 3
10.Garlic chopped 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add mustard seeds and wait until  they start spluttering.
3.Add cumin seeds,pinch of hing,chopped garlic,mix and cook till garlic turns light golden.
4.Add curry leaves,turmeric powder and green chillies.
5.Add chopped green capsicum and mix well.
6.Cover and cook for 5 minutes,keep stirring in between to avoid sticking to the bottom of pan.
7.Add besan flour using strain and mix well.
8.Add salt,cover and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
9.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
