Rice Roti


1.Rice flour 1 1/2 cup
2.Salt to taste
3.Hot water as we needed


1.Take a bowl add in rice flour,salt to taste and mix well.
2.Add some hot water as we needed and mix well evenly,knead well the dough for about 5 minutes.
3.Divide the dough into roundels and roll them on rolling board by dusting dry flour like chapathi.
4.Heat a skillet and place the rice roti,sprinkle some water on top of roti and spread evenly.
5.Flip the roti and cook on other side for a minute,remove the skillet and roast directly on flame till golden spots appear on both sides,Serve hot.
