Pineapple Sheera


1.Pineapple puree 1/4 cup
2.Pineapple chunks 1/4 cup
3.Bombay ravva 1/2 cup
4.Sugar 1/2 cup
5.Cardamom powder 1/4 tbsp
6.Saffron strands 1/4 tbsp
7.Butter 4 tbsp
8.Hot water 1 cup
9.Assorted nuts


1.Cut the edges of pineapple and chop them in small bites.The middle hard portion of pineapple used to make puree.
2.Mix pineapple puree,pineapple chunks sugar in microwave safe bowl,cover and microwave for 3 minutes.Kepp stirring in between for every 1 minute.
3.Melt butter in a pan,add in bombay ravva and saute till golden.
4.Add hot water and mix,cover and cook till water absorbs by sooji. (bombay ravva)
5.Add sugar,pineapple chunks,saffron water is absorbed.
6.Add raisins,cardamom powder,mix,cover and cook for 5-7 minutes on low medium heat.Serve hot.
