1.Ghee 1 tbsp
2.Evaporated milk 16 oz
3.Ricotta Cheese 15 oz
4.Sugar 1/2 cup
5.Assorted nuts 1/4 cup
6.Cardamom powder 1/4 tbsp
7.Saffron strands 7-8


1.In a wide pan melt 1 tbsp ghee.
2.Add in ricotta cheese and mix well.
3.Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
4.Cook until it attains dough consistency.
5.Slowly add evaporated milk in ricotta cheese and keep stirring.
6.Add assorted nuts and saffron strands,mix well,cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
7.After 5 minutes add sugar,cardamom powder and mix well,cook for another 5 minutes.Serve hot or chilled.
