1.Coriander leaves 4 bunches
2.Besan flour 2 cups
3.Green Chillies 4
4.Garlic cloves 4
5.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
6.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
7.Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
8.Pinch of baking soda


1.Wash and chop finely coriander leaves,put together garlic,green chillies,cumin seeds to blender and grind into a coarse paste.
2.In to chopped coriander leaves add in besan flour,baking soda,chilli paste,turmeric powder,sesame seeds and mix well.
3.Add spoonful of water at a time to make a soft dough,divide the dough into 2 equal balls.
4.Roll them in oblong shape,now steam them for 20 minutes.
5.After steaming allow them to cool,cut into 1/2 pieces and deep fry till light golden,serve hot.
