Roti, Chapati


1.Wheat flour 1/2 cup
2.Salt to taste
3.Lukewarm water
4.Ghee 2 tbsp


1.Mix flour,salt and water together and prepare a soft dough.
2.Knead the dough well and cover with a damp cloth,rest the dough for 10 minutes.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portions.
4.Now roll the dough onto a rolling board into a roti by dusting dry flour.
5.Heat a skillet on pan,place the roti on it,cook on both sides till golden spots appear on roti.Cook on both sides evenly.Grease some butter and serve hot.
