Vegetable Raita


1.Curd 1 cup
2.Cucumber finely chopped 1 cup
3.Tomato seeded 1 finely chopped
4.Yellow capsicum 1/2 finely chopped
5.Dill leaves 1 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
8.Roasted cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
9.Pinch of paprika
10.Sugar if needed


1.Mix the curd well,if curd is thick we can add milk depends  upon its consistency.
2.Add salt,chopped dill,black pepper,roasted cumin seed and paprika.
3.Add all veggies and mix well.Serve chilled.
