Cabbage Pizza

Cabbage Pizza


1.Maida 2 3/4 cups+2 1/2 tbsp for white sauce
2.Yeast 1 tbsp
3.Olive oil 5 tbsp
4.Salt to taste
5.Sugar 1/2 tbsp
6.Milk 3/4 cup
7.Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
8.Cabbage 3 cups sliced
9.Red capsicum thinly sliced
10.Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
11.Green chilies chopped 2 tbsp


1.Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water for 20 minutes.
2.Add sugar,salt and oil to the flour and mix well.
3.Add yeast water to the dough and prepare a smooth dough and little sticky.
4.Knead the dough very well.
5.Heat some oil in a pan on medium heat,add the flour and cook until the flour changes into a light brown color.
6.Slowly add the milk and cook until it thickens,add in salt and black pepper.
7.Preheat the oven to 500 degrees,place the pizza stone for 30 minutes.
8.Divide the dough and roll out into a pizza.
9.Place over cookies sheet and let it cook for about 5 minutes.Cook on both sides evenly till golden brown.Serve hot.
