Potato Paneer Tots


1.Potatoes 2 medium
2.Paneer 1 cup mashed
3.Salt to taste
4.Jalapeno pepper chopped 1 tbsp
5.Black pepper 1/4 tbsp
6.Maida 3 tbsp
7.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add in maida and water,mix well.Prepare a thick batter consistency.
2.Peel the skin of potato and shred them in grater or food processor.
3.In a pan add in some water and bring it to boil,add in shredded potatoes and boil it until they are tender.
4.Once done,drain the hot water,add in cold water and keep aside.
squeeze the excess water out of the potatoes,next in a bowl add in
potatoes mashed,paneer,jalapeno pepper and salt together.
6.Divide the dough into 24 equal parts.Prepare bullets from the mixture and deep fry.
7.Now dip the fried bullets in batter and deep fry till golden brown color.
8.Drain onto a paper napkin,remove excess oil.Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
