1.Potatoes 3 medium boiled
2.Green peas 3/4 cup
3.Oil 2 tbsp
4.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
5.Asafoetida 1/8 tbsp
6.Ginger paste 1 tbsp
7.Green chilli 1 minced
8.Coriander 2 tbsp
9.Fennel seed powder 1 tbsp
10.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
11.Paprika 1 tbsp
12.Salt to taste
13.Mango powder 1 tbsp
14.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
15.Tomatoes 2 sliced
16.Coriander leaves 2 tbsp


1.Peal the potatoes cut them in byte size pieces.
2.In a small bowl mix ginger, green chili, coriander, fennel seed, turmeric, and paprika with ΒΌ cup of water.
3.Add the cumin seeds, and asafetida,Next add green peas and half a cup of water and let it cook until they are tender.
4.Add potatoes and salt mix it well,Add about 2 cups of water after it comes to boil lower the heat to medium and let it cook for about five minutes.
5.Add mango powder, garam masala, chopped cilantro, and slice of tomatoes mix it gently,after gravy comes to boil turn off the heat.Serve hot.
