1.Prepare a smooth with maida flour by adding water as required,rest aside the dough for 1/2 hour.
2.Take a ball size dough ball,roll it with a rolling pin,grease edges with some ghee and start rolling.
3.Place kova mixture in between and start rolling gently,roll it tightly.
4.Cut the edges,cut the rolls into small pieces,press roll piece tightly with hands.
5.Keep aside in a dusted maida flour.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
6.On other side prepare sugar syrup in a pan,Deep fry rolls in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.
7.Transfer rolls into sugar syrup and soak for five minutes,transfer into serving plate and enjoy.
