1.Maida 1 cup
2.Oil 2 tbsp
3.Salt to taste
4.Besan flour 1/3 cup
5.Pinch of asafoetida
6.Red chilli flakes 1/2 tbsp
7.Mango powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Moong sprouts 1 cup
9.Potato 1 cup boiled
10.Curd 1 cup
11.Hari chutney 1/4 cup
12.Tamarind chutney 1/4 cup
13.Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
14.Green chillies 2 finely chopped
15.Sev 1/4 cup


1.In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, salt and oil,mix well with water.Prepare a smooth dough,knead well.
2.Cover and set dough aside for at least 10 minutes.
3.Mix Kachori filling ingredients besan flour,asafoetida,salt,chilli flakes,mango powder and oil.
4.Knead dough for a minute and divide into 12 equal parts.
5.Roll the dough into a circle and place a spoonful of filling in center,close around all the edges and prepare a round kachori.
6.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,slowly drop the kachori in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown color.Fry evenly on both sides till crisp.Serve hot with tamarind chutney garnished with sev.
