Creamy Spinach Pasta


1.Penne pasta uncooked 2 cups
2.Oil 1 tbsp
3.Salt to taste
4.Olive oil 2 tbsp
5.Maida 2 tbsp
6.Dry basil 1 tbsp
7.Italian herb mix 1 tbsp
8.Black pepper 1/8 tbsp
9.Red chilli flakes 1/2 tbsp
10.Heavy cream 1 cup
11.Milk 1 cup
12.Mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup
13.Spinach chopped 2 cups


1.Bring a large pot of water to boil, add salt and oil.
2.After water boils add the pasta.Cook till tender.
3.Drain the water and set aside the pasta.
4.Heat the oil over medium heat and add all-purpose flour, then stir for a
minute. Add basil, Italian herb mix, black pepper, and chili flakes,
and stir for another minute.
5.While stirring slowly add cream making sure there are no lumps. After it
comes to a boil, add milk then bring it to a boil again.Add spinach, mix it well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes stirring hen turn off the heat. Add Mozzarella cheese and stir.
6.Pour the sauce over pasta and toss well.
