Stir-Fry Cabbage Salad


1.Cabbage cut into thin slices 2 cups
2.Carrots cut into thin slices 1/2 cup
3.Red and green bell pepper 1/2 cup
4.Green beans 1/4 cup
5.Oil 2 tbsp
6.Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
7.Whole red peppers 2
8.Curry leaves
9.Salt to taste
10.Pinch of sugar
11.Lemon juice 1/4 tbsp
12.Coconut shredded 2 tbsp


1.Heat the oil in frying pan over medium high heat.
2.Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and red pepper as seeds crack.
3.Add in curry leaves, cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and beans stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, vegetables should be crisp don’t overcook.
4.Turn off the heat, add salt, lemon juice and coconut, and mix it well.Serve hot.
