Salted Mint Lassi


1.Curd 2 cups
2.Mint leaves 1/4 cup
3.Ginger juice
4.Salt to taste
5.Black salt 1/4 tbsp
6.Roasted cumin powder 1/8 tbsp
7.Ice cubes 1/2 cup


1.Blend mint leaves with about 2 tablespoons of yogurt making a paste. Add
yogurt, ginger juice, salt, black salt and about 1 cup of water.
2.Blend just enough to make the drink smooth.
3.Pour it over ice cubes and garnish with roasted cumin seed powder and mint leaves.Serve chilled.
