Bitter Gourd and Prawns


4.Red chilli powder
5.Garam masala powder
6.Coriander leaves
7.Onions chopped
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan add in some buttermilk,kakarakayalu cut into small round circles,salt to taste and bring it to boil for few minutes.
2.Meanwhile take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
3.Add in onion chopped,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix well.
4.Now add prawns and fry for few minutes.
5.Add coriander leaves,salt to taste and mix well.Cover and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
6.Finally add boiled and cooked kakarakayalu in prawns mixture and cook for another 5 minutes till done.Serve hot with garnished coriander leaves.
