Chicken Legs Fry


1.Chicken leg pieces
2.Cinnamon stick,cloves,cardamom
3.Grated coconut
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Garam masala powder
7.Coriander leaves
8.Turmeric powder
9.Salt to tate
11.Red chilli powder


1.Firstly slice the chicken leg pieces in lengthwise.
2.Take a bowl add leg pieces,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,curd and mix well.
3.Marinate the chicken for half an hour.
4.Heat some oil in a frying pan,add shajjera,cloves,cinnamon stick,onion paste,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and fry thoroughly.
5.Add marinated chicken,grated coconut,red chilli powder,coriander powder and fry for few minutes till done.
6.Coat well the masalas to chicken leg pieces.Cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.Fry till leg pieces turn into brown color.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
