Misal Pav


1.Moong sprouts
2.Pav bread slices
5.Potatoes chopped
6.Onion chopped
7.Tomatoes chopped
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Coriander leaves
10.Curry leaves
12.Garam masala powder
13.Mustard seeds
14.Cumin seeds
15.Turmeric powder
16.Salt to taste
17.Red chilli powder


1.Take a pressure pan and heat some oil.
2.Add in mustard,cumin seeds,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste and onion chopped.Saute till light golden color.
3.Add tomatoes chopped,potatoes chopped finely and mix well,fry for few minutes.
4.Add turmeric,red chilli powder,salt to taste,garam masala powder and give it a mix.
5.Add moong sprouts and mix well,add some water as we needed and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
6.Meanwhile take a skillet and heat some butter,melt it.
7.Cut the pav bread slices  into 2 pieces and fry till light brown color on both sides.Keep aside.
8.Add boondhi to moong sprouts mixture,sev,onion chopped,tomatoes chopped,coriander leaves and squeeze a lemon.Serve hot with pav slices.
