1.Sesame seeds
2.Rice flour
4.Oil for deep frying


1.Firstly soak rice for 36 hours and let it dry.
2.Blend the rice into flour and keep aside.
3.Take a pan add some water,jaggery and melt it until it attains thread consistency.
4.Cook till syrup attains thick consistency,when done add ghee and mix thoroughly.
5.Now add the rice flour to jaggery syrup and mix well.
6.Gradually add rice flour to syrup and mix well,prepare a thick paste.
7.Now prepare small dough balls,coat them with sesame seeds.
8.Flatten the dough into small puri size and deep fry till IT turns golden brown color.
9.Squeeze excess oil and serve,store in air tight container jar.
