4.Coconut grated
5.Tempering seeds
6.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some water and bring it to boil.
2.Take a blender add in roasted putnalu,salt,green chillies 3,dry coconut,some water.Blend well into a smooth paste.
3.Now add sorakaya pieces,pinch of salt to the boiling water,bring it to boil until pieces are tender.
4.Now drain the excess water and remove pieces into a bowl.
5.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.Add tempering seeds and saute for few seconds.
6.Add sorakaya pieces and fry for 2 minutes,off the stove and add ground paste and mix well.
7.Add pinch of asafoetida and turmeric powder and mix well.Transfer into a bowl.Serve hot.
