2.Rice flour
4.Sugar powder
5.Cardamom powder
6.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add in maida,2 tbsp milk,salt and some water.Prepare a smooth dough and keep aside for half and hour.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Meanwhile prepare thin layered chapathi with maida dough and keep aside.
4.Now take a bowl add rice flour and dalda,mix well and prepare a thick paste.
5.Now apply the paste to chapathis and form a layer by layer chapathi,repeat the same process by applying paste.
6.Now cut the chapathis in long strips,now roll them into round strips and press them into thin pan cakes.
7.Gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden color,transfer into a plate,sprinkle sugar powder on top of it.Serve immediately.
