3.Carrot grated
4.Badam paste
5.Custard powder
6.Cashew nuts


1.Take a pan pour 1 liter milk and bring it to boil.
2.Add sugar 5 tbsp,carrot grated 3 tbsp,badam paste 3 tbsp,mix well.
3.Bring it to boil,keep stirring without sticking to the bottom of pan.
4.Add diluted custard powder in water in boiling milk and give it a good mix.
5.Keep stirring the mixture until it attains thick consistency,transfer into a bowl,garnish with cashew and badam.Serve chilled.
