Semiya Mutton


1.Mutton keema
3.Onion chopped
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Green chillies
6.Coriander leaves
7.Salt to taste
8.Red chilli powder
9.Turmeric powder
10.Cinnamon stick


1.First boil mutton keema with turmeric powder and salt,keep aside.
2.Roast semiya in ghee for few minutes and boil it,keep aside.
3.Take a pan pour some ghee and heat it,add in cashews and fry till light golden color.
4.Add cardamom,cinnamon stick,black cloves,onion chopped,green chillies and saute till golden brown color.
5.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a while,now add boiled mutton keema,red chilli powder and mix well.
6.Fry for few minutes and add in semiya boiled,salt to taste,mix well evenly.
7.Off the stove and add coriander,pudina leaves and give it a fine mix.Transfer into a bowl.Serve hot
