1.Toor dal
2.Boiled potatoes
4.Chana dal
5.Dried red chillies
6.Mustard seeds
7.Cumin seeds
8.Curry leaves
9.Coriander leaves
10.Turmeric powder
11.Masala paste (Urad dal,chana dal,coriander seeds,dried red chillies)


1.Take a pan pour some water and bring it to boil.
2.Add in toor dal paste 1 cup,mix well and bring it boil for a while.
3.After boiling add boiled veggies (potatoes,beans,cluster beans) peanuts,chana dal.
4.Boil for couple of minutes,add in tamarind juice to the boiling content.
5.Add ground masala paste 1 tbsp and mix well.
6.Add red chilli powder,salt to taste and give it a good mix.Cook till it attains thick consistency.
7.Meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and heat it.Add cumin,mustard seeds,dried red chillies,curry leaves,pinch of turmeric powder and saute for few seconds,pour the tempering mixture in boiling content and mix well.
8.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
