1.Lady fingers
2.Green chilli paste
4.Sesame seeds
5.Cumin & Fenugreek powder
8.Salt to taste
9.Onion chopped
10.Curry leaves
11.Coriander leaves
12.Garlic cloves
13.Dried red chillies,Tempering seeds


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Fry lady finger chopped till brownish colour.
take a bowl add in roasted peanuts powder 1 cup,sesame seeds powder 1
cup,pinch of cumin and fenugreek powder,add green chilli
paste,salt,tamarind juice and mix well.
4.Transfer the fried lady fingers into prepared paste and mix well evenly.
the same add some oil and heat it,add in cumin,mustard seeds,urad
dal,dried red chillies,curry leaves and saute for few minutes.
6.Transfer the tempering mixture into lady finger bowl and add onion chopped,mix it well.
7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
