Sanduvai Fish Tandoori


1.Sanduvai Fish
2.Red chilli powder
3.Salt to taste
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Cumin seeds


1.Wash and clean the fish well.
2.Make lengthwise incisions on both sides of fish.
3.Meanwhile blend ginger,garlic,cumin seeds,salt into a smooth paste.
4.Now apply the paste to fish evenly on both sides and marinate for 5-10 minutes.
5.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.gently place the fish in hot oil and deep fry.
6.Fry till reddish brown color on both sides and serve hot.
