2.Gongura leaves (Sorrel leaves)
3.Cumin seeds
4.Mustard seeds
5.Curry leaves
6.Onion chopped
7.Green chillies
8.Dried red chillies
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Ad cumin,mustard seeds,dried red chillies and saute for few seconds.
3.Add onion,green chillies chopped and mix well,fry till onions turn into golden brown color.
4.Now add sorakaya boiled pieces 1 cup and mix well,fry for few minutes.
5.Add gongura leaves,salt to taste,red chilli powder.Cover and cook till leaves are tender.
6.After done,mix well and cook till it attains thick consistency.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
