1.Kabuli chana
2.Corn flour
3.Baking soda
4.Pepper powder
7.Onion chopped
8.Salt to taste


1.Firstly heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add corn flour 5 tbsp,pinch of baking soda,salt and mix well with water.
3.Prepare smooth consistency batter.Add boiled kabuli chana in batter and gently drop them in hot oil,deep fry.
4.Fry till golden color and transfer into a bowl.
5.Meanwhile take another pan add garlic cloves chopped,onion chopped finely and saute till golden.
6.Add ginger chopped and saute for few seconds,finally add fried kabuli chana,salt and mix well.
7.Sprinkle some pepper powder,sugar a pinch and give it a mix.Garnish with coriander leaves,serve hot.
