Lady Finger Butter Dal Soup Curry
14.Salt to taste
1.Take a pressure pan add moong dal coarse paste,curd 1 cup and whisk it well.Cook for 10 minutes.
2.Meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
3.Add chopped lady finger,carrot,tomato chopped and saute.
4.Meanwhile on another side dry roast coconut,green chillies,cumin seeds for few minutes and keep aside,blend well.
5.Add fried lady finger mixture to pressure pan and cook till tender.
6.Now add ground paste,salt to taste,mix well evenly.
7.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.Add in tempering seeds,dried red chilli,curry leaves,garlic cloves and saute for few seconds till they turn into brown color.Finally transfer into dal mixture and mix it well.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.For soup need to add some water as per soup consistency,salt,lemon juice,coriander leaves and transfer into a bowl.Soup is ready
