Paneer Balls


3.Corn flour
4.Tasting salt
5.Cashew nuts
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Curry leaves
8.Coriander leaves
9.Carrot chopped
10.Green chillies
11.Garam masala powder
12.Pepper powder
13.Salt to taste


1.Pressure cook the potatoes for 2 whistles,peel the skin and mash well.
2.Add pinch of food color,mix well.
3.Add carrot,green chillies finely chopped,ginger garlic paste,cashew nuts,coriander leaves,tasting salt,garam masala powder,pepper powder,salt,curry leaves,corn flour as required,panner diced into small pieces.Mix well gently.
4.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.Prepare round balls with paneer mixture and drop them in hot oil.Fry till golden color.Drain onto paper napkin,remove excess oil.Serve hot.
