1.Sagoo (Saggubiyyam)
2.Besan flour
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Green chillies chopped
5.Onion chopped
6.Curry leaves
7.Coriander leaves
8.Salt to taste
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add in besan flour 1 cup,soaked sagoo 1 cup,onion chopped,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,ghee,salt and mix well with water as we required to prepare a pakodi batter.
3.Add coriander leaves,curry leaves and mix well.
4.Roll them into small balls or any shape you desire and fry them.
5.Fry till golden brown color and transfer into a paper napkin,remove excess oil.Serve hot.
