2.Onion chopped
3.Green chillies
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Cashew nuts
6.Coriander leaves
7.Garam masala powder
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Turmeric powder


1.Firstly remove snails from shells and wash them thoroughly,keep aside.
2.Take a pan add in snails,water and boil for 10 minutes.
3.Meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and heat it.Add in chopped onions,green chillies and tomatoes.
4.Saute for few minutes add in turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,saute for few minutes.
5.Add boiled snails and mix well,add red chilli powder,cashew nuts.Stir fry for few minutes.Turn off the heat,sprinkle some garam masala powder and garnish with coriander leaves.
