1.Aloe Vera
2.Rock candy
3.Wheat flour
7.Cashew nuts


1.Take a frying pan pour some ghee and melt it.
2.Add dry fruits and saute till light golden color,transfer into a small bowl.
3.Now peel aloe vera and cut them into small pieces,squeeze out the gel from aloe vera and transfer into a small bowl.
4.Now fry the gel in ghee and saute for few minutes,transfer into a bowl,rest aside to cool down the mixture.
5.Remove the excess ghee wash it water,fry it again and then blend it with cardamom powder.
6.Meanwhile take another pan pour some ghee and heat it.Add prepares aloe vera gel and saute for few minutes,add 400 gms rock candy powder into gel and mix well thoroughly.
7.Keep stirring the mixture till you get a thick texture,stir about 10-15 minutes.
8.Add wheat flour 100 grams gradually to the gel mixture and saute without forming any lumps.Cook till it turns into thick consistency.
9.Finally transfer into a bowl,garnish with cashew nuts and raisins.Serve hot
