Dal Dhokhiya


1.Wheat flour
2.Split green moong dal
3.Salt to taste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Coriander powder
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Coriander leaves


1.Take a pan pour some water,add in salt,red chilli powder,oil and bring it to boil.
2.Add 1 cup green gram into water,ginger garlic paste and stir well.
3.Cover and cook till done.
4.For dhokli take 2 cups wheat flour add in red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,coriander leaves and mix well with water.Prepare a chapathi dough.
5.Now make small tablet size patties with dough and flatten them gently.
6.Add the patties to boiling mixture and mix well.Stir occasionally on a medium flame without sticking to the bottom of pan.
7.Cook for about 15 minutes,till it turns thick consistency.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.
