1.Wheat flour
2.Bombay ravva
5.Dry fruits


1.Take a deep pan and heat some ghee in it.
2.Add 1 cup oats and saute for few minutes till raw smell is off.
3.In the same pan add bombay ravva and mix well,saute for few minutes.
4.Add fried dry fruits and mix it well.
5.Add 1 cup milk,some water and mix well,cook until it becomes a dough consistency.
6.Add 1 cup powdered jaggery and mix well till jaggery melts evenly in fried mixture.
7.Once cooked turn off the stove and keep aside to cool down the mixture.After done,prepare round balls and keep aside in separate plate.
8.Prepare a dough with maida or wheat flour by adding some water,salt,consistency should be loose and nor stiff.
9.Roll the dough into small balls and make a small dent in middle,place the sweet oats ball inside and close it firmly.
10.Take a plastic cover and place the stuffed dough on it and press into a thin layered chapathi,meanwhile heat a skillet and cook on both sides evenly by drizzling ghee.Serve hot.
